Section 9(3) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
(3)A candidate, who has withdrawn his candidature under sub-rule (1) shall not be allowed to cancel the withdrawal or to be re-nominated as a candidate for the same election.
