Facts:
1. The appeal was scheduled for hearing on 30th June, 2010, but the appellant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing. The appeal is therefore examined on merit.
2. The appellant has grievances relating service matters, mainly stoppage of increment, non-payment of retirement dues. In response to his THI application, the CPIO has given reply and furnished the information on the basis of available records. Yet, the appellant is not satisfied, hence this appeal before the Commission.
Decision:
3. As there is no denial of information and that there are no provisions under the Act for redressal of grievances of service matters of the employees of the respondents, this appeal is therefore considered unnecessary and is thus disposed of.
