(4)The Social Impact Assessment team may be constituted by appointing individuals or an organization with experience in conducting Social Impact Assessments or related field-based assessments and the team may include,-(a)a combination of independent practitioners, qualified social activists, academicians, technical experts, who are not directly connected with the Requiring Body; and(b)at least one woman member.
