Section 27(b) in The Bihar Civil Service (Judicial Branch) (Training and Departmental Examination), Rules, 1963
(b)There shall be one paper with books on the High Court's General Rules and Circular Orders. The paper shall be of three hours' duration and carry 100 marks. A probationer securing 60 marks or above will be declared to have passed in the paper.
