(2)Recruitment against temporary post of Accounts Officers may also be made in accordance with clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, and it shall not be necessary to consult the Commission again if appointments to permanent vacancies in the cadre of the Service of persons recruited by competitive examination follow their temporary appointments.
