8. [ Teaching of the University. [As amended by the Rajasthan Secondary Education Act, 1957.]
(1)All teaching recognised by the University shall be conducted either in the University or in-(a)affiliated colleges, and(b)approved institutions.(2)The courses of study and curricula to be followed in the University, or its affiliated colleges may be prescribed by the Statutes & Ordinances and subject thereto, by the Regulations.]
