(2)The costs, or any portion thereof, awarded to any respondent and not recovered from the security deposit referred to in sub-rule (1) and costs payable to a petitioner from any respondent shall be recoverable in accordance with the provisions of clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 10.
