Section 1 in The Standards Of Quality Of Service (Broadcasting And Cable Services) (Cable Television-Cas Areas) Regulation, 2006
1. Short title, extent and commencement .-(i) This Regulation shall be called The Standards of Quality of Service (Broadcasting and Cable Services) (Cable Television-CAS Areas) Regulation, 2006.
(ii)This Regulation shall extend to the whole of India.(iii)This Regulation shall come into force from October 1, 2006.
