Section 40 in The Goa Children's Act, 2003

40. Protection of action taken in good faith.

- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Competent Authority, Director or any other person authorized by the Competent Authority or Director for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made there under.
