50E. Assets and liabilities.
- The assets and liabilities of the Jammu Division and the Kashmir Division of the Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology existing immediate before the commencement of the Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (Amendment) Act, 1998, shall form the assets and liabilities of the Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu and the Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir respectively.
