Section 75(1) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984
(1)When any dispute is referred to the Registrar's nominee or to a board of nominees for decision and is not decided by him or it within two months or such further period as the Registrar may allow, the Registrar may withdraw the dispute from the nominee, or as the case may be, the board of nominees and decide the dispute himself or refer it again to another nominee or a board of nominees for decision.
