Section 26(4) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(4)The Vice-Chancellor shall ensure the faithful observance of the provisions of this Act and the Statutes and the Regulations, and he shall have such power as may be necessary for discharging his duties in this behalf.
