Section 81(1) in The Orissa Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
(1)Every contractor shall send half-yearly return in Form XX (in duplicate) so as to reach the licensing officer concerned not later than thirty days from the close of the half year.Note - Half year for the purpose of this rule means "a period of six months commencing from the 1st January and the 1st July of every year."
