Section 8(2) in The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984
(2)The State Board shall consist of such number of members as the Government may determine and they shall be chosen in such manner as maybe prescribed;Provided that the number of members representing the Government the employers and workers shall be equal.
