Section 40(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)Any person, who at any election, fraudulently takes or attempts to take, a ballot paper out of a polling station or wilfully aids or abets the doing of any such act shall be liable to be handed over to the police personnel on duty for being dealt with in accordance with law.
