Section 3(1) in Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Rules, 1995
(1)Any person seeking permission for temporary migration of Bovine Animals under sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Act from the famine and scarcity affected areas of the Rajasthan to other State for grazing purposes, shall apply in "Form-1" to the Competent Authority.
