Section 11 in The Madhya Bharat Abolition of Jagirs Act, Samvat 2008
11. Amount payable to a co-sharer.
- Any co-sharer of a Jagirdar, who under any law or custom in force at the time of the commencement of the Act, is entitled to receive any share out of the annual income of the Jagir shall be entitled to receive such annual amount out of the compensation payable to a Jagirdar under Section 8 as is proportionate to the amount of his share in the annual income of the Jagir.
