Section 42(2) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Act, 1971
(2)Every person referred to in sub-section (1) shall hold office under the University by the same tenure, at the same remuneration and upon the same terms and conditions and with the same rights and privileges as to pension or gratuity, if any, and o the matters as he would have held the same on the date specified in the order under clause (a) of sub-section (1), as if this Act had not been passed.
