Section 43(1) in Telangana Housing Board Act, 1956
(1)Any person liable to pay betterment charges in respect of any land may at his option, instead of paying the said charges in lumpsum to the Board, execute an agreement with the Board to pay the same in such number of instalments as may be determined by the Board at such interest as may be prescribed.
