Section 56(1) in Kerala Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1986
(1)The Authority shall, after the end of each financial year, prepare and submit to the Government before such date and in such form as the Government may direct a report giving an account of its activities during the previous financial year and the report shall also give an account of the activities, if any, which are likely to be undertaken by the Authority in the next financial year and the Government shall cause every such report to be laid before the State Legislature as soon as possible after it is received by the Government.
