Section 1 in Bihar State Electricity Reforms Transfer Scheme, 2012
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.
- 1.1 This Scheme may be called the Bihar State Electricity Reforms Transfer Scheme, 2012.1.2The Scheme shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar including properties, interests, rights, assets, liabilities, obligations, proceedings and personnel of Bihar State Electricity Board outside the State.1.3The Scheme shall come into force with effect from 01.11.2012.
