Section 4(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Professional Engineering Colleges (Selection and Admission) Rules, 2016
(1)The Competent Authority, shall conduct a Common Entrance Examination for selection against the available seats in Government Engineering College as well as Private Engineering Colleges on the pattern and in the manner prescribed by the said Authority.
