(5)No balcony verandah or other projection shall be allowed from any upper storey of a building over a road which of less than 20 feet at any point in front of the building. The width of the road shall be taken to be the measurement from the edge of the drain nearest to the road way on the side of the building concerned up to the drain nearest the road way on the opposite side.
