(2)The Committee referred to in sub-section (1) shall consist of the following persons, viz, :-(a)One person nominated by the Visitor;(b)One person nominated by the Chancellor;(c)The Principal Secretary/ Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department;(d)Three nominees of the Board of Governors, one of whom shall be nominated as the convenor of the committee by the Board of Governors.
