Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishments (Regulations) Rules, 2018
(1)Every notice, calling for meeting of the District Committee shall, -(a)specify the place, date and hour of the meeting.(b)be served upon every member of the District Committee not less than seven clear days before the day appointed for the meeting.
