Section 15(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007
(1)When a licence has been granted, four (4) sets of maps and proforma containing the particulars specified in clause (2) below shall be signed and dated to correspond with the date of the notification of the grant of the licence.
