(3)Subject to the foregoing provisions, the procedure relating to the conduct of the meetings of the [District Forum] [Substituted for "Divisional Forum" by Act No. XXI of 2011, dated 21.04.2002, w.e.f. 08.12.2011.], its sitting and other matters shall be such as may be prescribed by the Government.
