Section 30 in The Orissa Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
30. Issue of duplicate certificate of registration of licence.
- Where a certificate of registration or a licence granted or renewed under the preceding rule has been lost, defaced or accidentally destroyed a duplicate may be granted on payment of fees of [rupees one hundred.] [Substituted vide O.G.E. No. 550 dated 2.4.2005.]
