1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petition is accompanied by an application i.e. I.A. 18947/2023 seeking condonation of delay of 85 days, the actual delay is only 25 days as the petition was filed on 25 July 2023. He further submits that initial filing was valid.
2. Let Registry place on record e-log of the initial filing and the objections raised from time to time.
3. Renotify on 16.11.2023.
4. In the meantime, petitioner shall file a tabular chart on record stating claim-wise objections.
