Section 2(r) in The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992
(r)"technical education", means programmes of education, research and training in engineering, technology, architecture, town-planning, management, pharmacy and applied arts and crafts and such other programmes or areas, as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare from time to time.
