Section 56 in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur Act, 2002
56. Completion of courses of studies in institutions recognized by the faculty.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the Statutes and Ordinances made thereunder any student of an institution entitled to train students for the examinations of the Faculty who immediately before the date on which this Act cones into force was studying or was eligible for any examination of the Faculty shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation therefore and the University shall provide for such period and In such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes for the instruction, teaching, training and examination of such students in accordance with the courses of studies of the faculty.
