Section 2A(b) in Prevention of Food Adulteration (Punjab) Rules, 1958
(b)The licensee shall daily cause to be thoroughly washed cleaned the floor or drain of the licensed premises and every bench, counter, table, shelf or other place on which the articles manufactured, prepared or exposed for sale or any material used in such manufacture, preparation or exposure for sale are kept.
