19. Rules to be approved by State Government and published in Gazette.
- All Rules framed in accordance with the last preceding section shall be submitted to the [State] [Substituted by A.L.O.] Government for approval, and after they have been approved they shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall then have the same force as if they were inserted in this Act.
