Section 2(1)(ii) in The Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Warehouse Accreditation) Regulations, 2011.

(ii)"accreditation agency" means an agency, whatever be its constitution, registered as an accreditation agency with the Authority under the Act, the rules and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Registration of Accreditation Agency) Regulations 2011;
