Section 138(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)Where a legacy is in the alternative, that is, the testator makes a bequest of one of two or more things and one of them is destroyed, the existing thing or things shall be delivered to the legatee.
