30. Appeal.
- Any person aggrieved by the order of the Collector under section 28 or section 29 may, within ninety days from the date of communication of the order, prefer as appeal to the Administrative Tribunal established under the Goa, Daman and Diu Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965 (6 of 1965).
