37. Power to enforce attendance etc.
- The Registrar shall have power to summon and enforce the attendance of witnesses including the parties interested or any of them and to compel them to give evidence, and compel the production of documents by the same means and as far as possible in the same manner as provided in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).
