ORDER :
1. Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties for sometime, Mr. Chaitanya Nikte, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent - Bank states on instructions of Mr. Tushar Bhelkar, Law Officer of the Respondent - Bank that, till, the next date, the Respondent - Bank will not act in furtherance of the impugned Order dated 4th October, 2025. 2. In view of this statement, Mr. Tamboly, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that it is not necessary to apply for a stay of the impugned Order today.
3. The Respondent - Bank shall filed their Affidavit in Reply to the Petition within a period of two weeks from today.
4. The Petitioner shall file her Affidavit in Rejoinder thereto within a period of two weeks thereafter.
5. Place the Writ Petition for consideration on 13th January, 2026.
