151. Alteration in budget estimates.
- The Corporation may vary or alter from time to time as circumstances may render desirable, the budget estimates adopted under Section 146 or Section 147:Provided that in the case of an indebted Corporation every variation or alteration under this section shall be subject to confirmation by the State Government.
