9. Byelaws.
(1)A cooperative society shall frame their own bye-laws and the affairs of the cooperative society shall be managed in accordance with the terms, conditions and procedure specified in the bye-laws(2)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the functioning of every cooperative society shall be regulated by its bye-laws.(3)The bye-laws may contain such matters as decided by the General Assembly and shall be specific and confined only to the matters provided in Schedule B. However, the bye-laws of a society shall in no case supersede the provisions of the Act.
