As per report of learned Mediator, parties have resolved to settle their dispute amicably inter se them, whereby appellants are ready and willing to give some land by way of exchange.
Mr. Neeraj Gupta, learned Senior Counsel, representing the respondents, states that though, aforesaid offer given by the appellants is acceptable to the respondents, but it is not clear, which land is being sought to be exchanged.
Consequently, in view of the above, list this matter on 28.07.2022, on which date, parties shall remain present in the Court.
