(20)The field shall be open to inspection by Excise Officer at all hours of day and night. ganja seeding can be grown on land outside the area of cultivation on a plot approved by the Collector on condition that such plot be kept well protected with barbed wire fencing and the same be shown distinctly specified in the map.
