(b)We certify that name of the partners/Directors retired as an Engineer or Gazetted rank or as any Gazetted Officer employed in Engineer or Administrative duties to the Engineering Department of the Govt, of Bihar during the last two years. That we have neither under our employment any such persons nor shall we employ any person within two years of his retirement except with the prior permission of the Government (for limited companies and partnership firms).
