Section 6(1) in Secretary, Bihar Gram Katchahry (Employment, Service Conditions and Duties) Rules, 2007
(1)One Secretary may be employed on contract for the execution of works and maintenance of documents relating to the office of every Gram Katchahry and its judicial bench in the district.
