28. Procedure for payment of fees.
- Unless Government otherwise directs, all fees payable under the Act or the rules shall be paid in cash under proper receipt to the Authorised Officer or shall be deposited into the Treasury under the Head "112-Fisheries-(c) Other receipts-(B)-Miscellaneous Receipts".
