Learned counsel for the submitted that though he has challenged the orders of Additional Collector, Buldhana and Divisional Commissioner, Amravati whereby an action was directed to be taken against the petitioner. Now he has filed an application for conversion of land from residential purpose to educational purpose, which is pending before the Collector but no action has been taken on the said application.
2. Learned AGP to make statement about status of the application on next date.
