Section 17 in The Puducherry Prevention Of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2008
17. Protection of action taken in good faith
No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any officer or persons, for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
