ORDER (ORAL)
Hon'ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J) M.A. No. 462/2025 This M.A. has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant seeking permission of this Tribunal to file this O.A. jointly.
2. For the reasons stated therein, M.A. No. 462/2025 is allowed.
O.A. No. 441/2025
3. The present O.A. has been filed by the applicants under Section 19 of the A.T. Act, 1985, seeking following reliefs :-

Court No. V "(i) Direct the respondents to pay applicants salary at the minimum of the pay scale pay band of the respective Post alongwith arrears of the pay emoluments from 23.03.2018/ initial appointment.
(ii) order and direct the respondent to pay applicants arrears accrued thereof.
(iii) pass all other orders/ further orders as may be deemed appropriate."

After arguing some time, learned counsel for the applicants states that he would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the pending representation dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure- A/4 colly.) of the applicants, which are still pending consideration of the respondents and they may be directed to dispose of the same by passing a speaking order within a limited time frame.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents is also present and seeks time to take appropriate instruction in the matter.
6. However, in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the respondents are directed to consider the pending representation dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure-A/4 colly.) of applicants based on the factual scenario as well as Rule position and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified 7 Item No. 7 O.A. No. 441/2025 Court No. V copy of this order. A copy of the speaking order so passed be given to the applicants.
7. It is made clear that we have not entered into the merits of the case.
8. This disposes of the present O.A. All pending M.As, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
