Section 22 in Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019
22. Controller of Examinations.
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time officer of the Private University appointed for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
