Heard the learned counsels for the parties and perused the relevant material.
Both the parties are agreed that the proceedings should be transferred out of Goa.
Taking into account the relative hardship of the parties and of the fact that the Respondent (Mother in Law aged about 70 years) and is presently living in Sultanpur, U.P., the proceedings being Special Civil Suit No. 19/2014/B titled as Subadra Devi Maurya Vs. Archana Maurya(I.N.) pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Vasco Da Gama, Goa, is ordered to be transferred to the Competent Civil Court, Lucknow, U.P. The transfer petition is disposed of. The Trial Court at Goa shall send the case records to the Transferee Court promptly and without Signature Not Verified any delay.
